J.V. Rao Group Talent Search Examination
Director & Principal,Wesley Public School,Kazipet

"Education not only gives a product, mark, diploma, degree, job, money etc. It is a never-ending process. In this long march, we join along with students. In addition to their school activity, we are providing an effective academic activity which stimulates their interest in the fields of Science and Mathematics.

Dr J.V. Rao Group, Wesley Educational Society, are lucky enough to have efficient co-ordinators all over the state. From all the 24 districts of the state, students enroll for this exam. Students studying in English and Telugu Medium schools of urban and rural areas from showing immense interest to join the state-level test.

This test was conducted in January 1995 for the first time and about 5,500 students appeared. Now, the number of students has increased by 6 times. On the fifth year of the awards function at Ravindra Bharati, Hyderabad, hundreds of students are participating who are the meritorious among the 36,000 students. To encourage children of different age groups, we are honoring students from upper primary, middle and secondary levels.

We are very thankful to many teachers who are guiding these students and have effective co- ordination. We are also grateful to experienced lecturers, professors and teachers who are instrumental in making this academic activity a grand success.

All over the state, we conduct this test on the same day and within a short time, we declare the results. As we have been saying the main and only purpose of this state level test is to bring out the hidden talents of children, to encourage competitive spirit and to spread the message of importance of scientific temperament and mathematical aptitude to every nook and corner of the state.

In my personal tours all over the state, I noticed an amazing thing; in almost every district, the students who got state and district ranks were felicitated by the local people. I don't think it's an exaggeration that the children felicitated today, may become executives, scientists, engineers, doctors or people of substance. Today's blossoming children are destined to shape tomorrow's future. For a better tomorrow, let us nurture today's young brains.

Thanks to those who are always with us in making this attempt a grand success."

Yours Sincerely
